✨Medicine Spirit Initiation✨
A four-week ceremony with one plant or medicine ally
Through courtship and sacred exchange, you are invited to cleanse and detox, practice active listening and presence, receive instructions from the plants,
heal and transmute outdated stories and patterns,
and connect more profoundly with yourself and the living world.
More about my practice
My training is thanks to the lineage carried by Francisca Santibeñez
of Plant Spirit Talk, informed by the indigenous life ways of the Peruvian Andes & Amazon.
I've been a student for over seven years in these ways, culminating in a
Plant Spirit Initiation Apprenticeship, followed by a
certification in Medicine Spirit facilitation.
Through this work, I have reclaimed parts of myself that were lost, forgotten, or pushed aside.
It has been a true homecoming—a remembering of who I am beneath all the expectations, conditioning, and noise of the modern world.
The way I relate to myself, to others, and to the earth has changed profoundly.
Like many people, I've spent years trying to navigate a culture that often feels overwhelming,
disconnected, and full of distractions. Add generations of patriarchal and capitalist programming
that teach us to value productivity over presence and consumption over connection, and it's easy to lose sight of what really matters.
Again and again, these practices have brought me back to what is simple and true.
They have helped me remember that I belong—to the earth, to my community, to my ancestors,
and to the great web of life. They have shown me that I am not separate, and that I am deeply supported and held.
This path hasn't solved all of life's challenges, but it has given me a compass. It has helped me cultivate more balance, meaning, and trust in my life, and it continues to teach me how to show up with greater care for myself, my people, and the world around me.
Always witchy at heart, I lean into herb magic informed by my Celtic and European roots.
These wisdoms are woven into my practice however they choose to show up.
In 2008 I earned an MA in Women's Spirituality, and I've been on a path of earth-based spirituality, and reclaiming my wild woman roots, ever since.
I've also studied herbalism with a variety of teachers, and hold a certificate in
internal herbal medicine.
My love and respect for the Vodun and Lucumi traditions runs deep.
I have studied the folkloric rhythms, dances and songs of Haiti and Cuba for over two decades.
I am a practicing batá player, and un-ordained lover of the Orisha.
I have initiated with Tobacco, White Sage, Bay, Brugmansia, Rose, Ginger, Oak, Mugwort, Lemongrass
Land, Fire, Ancestral Roots, and My Own Medicine.
I serve folks who are at threshold moments in their lives - whether going through major midlife transitions such as separation/divorce, perimenopause, career changes, caring for aging parents - or simply navigating big moves and life transitions of any kind.
My goal is to meet each client right where you are,
with kindness and respect. Sessions are held in a loving, supportive container that is safe and nonjudgemental, where all experiences and personal reflections are welcome.
My work is centered in ritual, so I bring suggestions for your own practice, as well as other modalities of insight & connection - such as tarot, astrology, movement, rhythm & chanting,
visual art, & meditation.

I practice Folk Medicine. I am not a licensed medical provider.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. Herbalism & plant spirit work operate alongside, not in place of, medical care.
My Plant Spirit Initiations are 4-5 weeks, held online
We meet once/week for approximately 50 minutes
